Adeline Pajot's career path is built around a rich and varied professional experience, where communication, artistic direction, and business management intersect to give birth to Pajade.

From 2013 to 2021, Adeline was Communications Manager and Artistic Manager at Cafés Legal Le Goût in Paris. There, she orchestrated the brand's overall communications, leading projects ranging from the creation of advertising materials (POS, ILV, poster campaigns) to social media management and e-commerce communications. Her versatility and expertise in the art of communication have allowed her to develop a creative and structured approach that is now at the heart of the Pajade brand.

Her career also includes experience as a boutique manager at Philippe Tournaire, Place Vendôme, and as a project manager at ST Dupont, where she strengthened her expertise in the world of luxury and fine jewelry.

Adeline Pajot's academic background has allowed her to develop a unique profile, combining creativity and management. Graduating in 2009 with a Master's degree in Communication and Advertising from INSEEC in Paris, she continued her education with additional studies in jewelry design at BJOP (Paris), where she acquired the technical skills necessary to design fine jewelry pieces.

Her training doesn't stop there: she also deepened her photography skills at Neuilly Town Hall, and continued to hone her skills in gemology (National Institute of Gemmology) and 3D additive manufacturing, essential skills for her innovative approach to jewelry design. These trainings, along with her expertise in marketing and communications, reinforce Pajade's unique identity, combining tradition and technology.

From Artistic Projects to the Creation of Exclusive Collections
One of the most fascinating facets of Adeline's career is her boundless creativity, which has manifested itself in iconic projects such as the creation of trophies for the Polo Club of St. Dupont, as well as in the creation of jewelry collections for prestigious brands such as Marie Claire Shanghai, De Grisogono, and Maison Cantaloube, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. These collaborations have allowed her to strengthen her expertise in jewelry design while positioning herself as an expert in jewelry creation and consulting.

Since 2022: The Pajade Foundation
In 2022, Adeline Pajot founded Pajade, a bespoke fine jewelry house. Pajade embodies her personal vision of jewelry: an alliance between art, poetry, and technical precision. The brand distinguishes itself by creating "numbered jewelry secrets," exceptional pieces that tell a story, an emotion, and are designed with absolute attention to detail.
